Susan Leyland in Atelier

United Kingdom, from 1973 lives and works in Tuscany

My activity as a sculptor began in 1998 and since then I have developed my passion for art and for horses making them the object of study and elevating them to an expressive medium in my sculpture searching for innovative solutions both in shape and composition. I have called “Horse Block Sculpture” the characteristic figures of horses placed on volumes or bases of geometric shape which has become a signature style of my work.
