With the semi-permanent installation conceived for Casale San Giuseppe, Sensi Arte Contemporary Art Gallery renews its dialogue between contemporary art and landscape within the unique setting of Casali di Casole. The project represents the latest chapter in a long-standing collaboration between Sensi Arte Contemporary Art Gallery, isculpture Art Gallery, and Casali di Casole—a partnership cultivated over more than a decade and grounded in a shared vision where contemporary art, architecture, landscape, and hospitality come together in perfect harmony.
The installation brings together works by Alessandro Reggioli, Gerald Moroder, Jesús Curià, and Andrea Roggi, four artists whose practices explore the relationship between matter, form, and space through distinct yet complementary artistic languages.
Active on the Italian and international art scene since 1995, Alessandro Reggioli has developed an eclectic practice that moves fluidly between painting and sculpture. Characterized by layered surfaces and a strong material presence, his works reveal the passage of time through gesture and physical intervention, creating forms that exist in a compelling balance between two- and three-dimensionality. Living and working in Ortisei, Gerald Moroder draws inspiration from the natural materials of the Dolomites, particularly the red porphyry stone of Mount Rasciesa. The sculptures of Spanish artist Jesús Curià are distinguished by their balance of formal rigor and emotional depth. Completing the exhibition is Andrea Roggi, internationally renowned for his monumental bronze and marble sculptures, created using the ancient lost-wax casting technique.
Installed throughout the spaces of Casale San Giuseppe, the artworks establish a natural dialogue with both the architecture and the Tuscan landscape, transforming the estate into a permanent exhibition path where art, nature, and place merge into a single immersive experience.
