‘Viaggio nel colore – A journey into color’ is the title of the 2024 reception events by Casali di Casole in collaboration with ‘Sister Galleries’ Sensi Arte and iSculpture.
This renewed collaboration brought life to a project dedicated to the exploration of color’s history, starting from the first monographic treatise on painting ever written: ‘Il Libro dell’arte’ by Cennino Cennini, an artist and art theorist from Colle di Val d’Elsa, written at the beginning of the 15th century.
Each meeting has been dedicated to the exploration and understanding of a single color through artworks, seasonal menus, cocktails and dress code according to it, without forgetting the importance of the color’s history and the ways in which it assumed different meanings and purposes throughout the ages and across diverse cultures.
